Ingredients:
- Pizza dough (mine was store bought)
- Pizza toppings that you want (I used Canadian bacon and pineapple)
- Mozzarella cheese
- Olive oil or melted butter (I used olive oil)
- 1 tsp dried Italian Seasoning
- 2 Tbs Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
- Marinara or Pizza sauce
Directions:
- Pre-heat the oven to 400 degrees
- Roll your dough out and cut into squares (they suggested 24)
- Place pizza toppings (but not the marinara/pizza sauce) onto each square
- Pinch corners of squares together to create a ball
- Place each ball in a greased round cake pan or pie pan pinched side down.
- Mix garlic powder, Italian seasoning and Parmesan cheese together
- Brush the top of the balls with olive oil/butter sprinkle seasoned mixture on top of pizza bites
- Place in the oven and cook them for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown
- Let cool for a few minutes and use the marinara/pizza sauce for dipping!
- ENJOY
