Ingredients-
- 1lb ground beef
- 1 package taco seasoning
- 1 can refried bean
- 2 cups colby jack cheese (I used a mexican cheese blend)
- 1 cup salsa
- 1 can black olives drained and sliced
- 1 tomato chopped
- 2 cups corn chips
Directions-
- In a skillet brown and drain the ground beef add the taco seasoning(and water as said on seasoning packet) and finish cooking the ground beef
- Heat the refried beats in a pan on medium heat, add 1 cup cheese and the salsa to the beans mix well.
- Place crushed corn chips at the bottom of an 8x8 casserole dish. Pour the bean mixture over the chips and add the ground beef mixture to the top of the bean layer. Place the last cup of cheese on top of the meat. Top with the olives and green onions (optional)
- Bake in the oven at 375 until the cheese is melted and the casserole is heated all they way through. Finish by topping with the chopped tomatoes.
- Enjoy
