Ingredients-
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 eggs
- 2/3 cup mashed very ripe bananas (about 2 bananas)
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 2/3 cup flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup melted butter
Directions-
- Heat oven to 375 degress, grease cupcake pan or line it with paper baking cups
- In a medium bowl beat 2/3 cup sugar, oil, eggs. Add the vanilla and bananas. Stir in the the flour, baking soda, salt and ground cinnamon.
- Fill muffin cups 2/3 full and bake for 17-21 minutes.
- In a small bowl mix the 1/4 cup sugar and 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon, in a separate bowl melt butter.
- Dip the cooked muffins in the butter then dip it into the sugar mixture.
